✦ PAYMENT

• Payment via PayPal
• I will only start your work after 100% payment done.
• If the payment did not received within 48 hours after confirmation, the commission will be considered canceled.

✦ REFUNDS

• Sketch stage (Full Refund), Ink stage (80% Refund), Coloring stage (50% Refund)
• If I am unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances → a full refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be issued once the final product has been delivered.

✦ REVISIONS

• Sketch: up to 3 major changes
• Coloring: up to 2 medium changes
• Final: 1 minor adjustment (color tweak)
• Any additional revisions beyond limits / major changes to final artwork / scope changes → will incur extra fees.

✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and queue
